We prefer payments via PayPal, directly checkout through website. If need other payment methods, pls contact us.

--Processing Time:

We need 10-15 business days to handmade your item since we receive your payment, and will ship by international express shipping, normally 3-7 business days to arrive, tracking number will be updated once we ship it out.

--Phone number:

We have a signature service to make sure the package arrived safely, so please leave your contact number in note of order or send to me through message, we won't ship the item without a number.

--Address:

We normally don't ship to a PO Box address with no one sign for the package, if must ship to a box address, buyer should bear responsibility if item lost.

c. Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after we get the item, shipping fee, handcraft cost and rush order cost  will be cut from the original payment.  For special designed expensive items, we usually need to charge extra restocking fee.
